    Why can't I access setting on my account

    I have to access my account to alter the default e-mail for my web site as the default e-mail no longer exist. I can enter the account but cannot access the settings.

    I checked your account and could access the profile area:

    Are you having troubles visualizing this screen? Are you experiencing this difficulty in more than one browser? If you are experiencing this with only one browser it might be a cache related situation. Clearing the cache might solve the situation.

    If the problem persists please let us know, so we can forward this to our second level.

    We received your email reporting the same login difficulty.Thank you for getting back to us. I forwarded this situation to our 2nd level so they can determine the causes of this difficulty. They will get back to you via this thread once they have an update on this.

    Can you try to log into your account in another browser (Chrome, Firefox etc.) and see if it helps?
