How secure are your secure forms?

We are setting up an online pledge form for a capital campaign we're getting ready to do this fall.  I'd like to give our users the ability to input their routing & account numbers for ACH giving and their credit card info for Credit Card giving.

Is this something your team recommends we stay away from?

    Hi,

We do recommend you stay away collecting this type of data.  Even though our data is stored on encrypted servers and can be sent over an encrypted channel, if your Jotform account is compromised all the data would be available in plain text.  If you need to collect this data, here is a guide on how to keep it safe, one of the recommendations being to delete submission data once you have done what you need with it:

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
