Hi - I have a form (https://form.jotform.com/221472532100036) and I need part to be completed by one person, and dependant on their answers, I need someone else to fill in another part of the same form
Is this possible without those people needing a login to JotForm?
Thanks

Hello ReplayFilms,
Thanks for your patience. For the sake of demonstration, I've cloned your form and created a scenario to explain that what you want to accomplish is possible.
Let's assume that if "18) a) Approximate length of time which the child will spend travelling to and from the place of performance, rehearsal or activity each day" is filled, the user will be skipped to the submit page of the form and the rest of the field will be completed by another user. In order to accomplish this, I broke the form into 3 pages because the 2nd page will be filled out by another user.
Now next, we'll set a condition that if "18) a) Approximate length of time which the child will spend traveling to and from the place of performance, rehearsal or activity each day" is filled, user will be skipped to the last page to submit the form so that they won't have the chance to fill out the 2nd page. Here's the condition I set.
Now next is to fullfill the next condition which is 2nd page should be completed by another user. In this case, we'll set an email notification to be sent to that user if the "18) a) Approximate length of time which the child will spend traveling to and from the place of performance, rehearsal or activity each day" is filled. First, we need to create the email notification as shown below:
Now next is to set the condition that email notification will be sent to the user who will complete the 2nd page. Here's the condition.
Please note that the email notification should have the edit link on it. That's the link that the user would need to click to complete the form and in order for them to fill out the 2nd page, they would need to break the condition to skip to the last page by leaving it blank.

This is just a sample scenario to explain the idea. If you have one in mind specific condition and having troubles to accomplish it, let us know and we'll guide you.
