How to Restore Deleted Forms

I deleted the form by mistake. How Can I do save ?

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you would like to retrieve your deleted form. I'll be glad to assist you.

If you have a form and you have it accidentally deleted, you can restore the form by following the steps below:

1. Open My Forms.
2. Select Trash on the left.
3. Hover on the deleted form and click Restore.

If you have multiple deleted forms that want to be restored, select them from the list and click Restore.

Select All Forms on the left and you should see the restored forms there.

Note

The system automatically deletes the trashed forms after 30 days. In this case, you can no longer recover them. You also cannot restore forms that you intentionally purged from your Trash folder.
