username updated

    Hello!

    I need to change the username for this account. When we started it, I used my personal email and now we are changing over to a district email, so I want to change the name to match.

    Hello fabianski,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We will be happy to assist you,  please provide at least 3 unique usernames so that we can check for their availability. Please take note that special characters such as periods and spaces are not allowed. Only alphanumeric characters and '_' are allowed.

    Note: If you are using a custom URL for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you would like to update your username. I'll be glad to assist you.

    For us to process your request, can you please provide 3 unique username. Please note it should be Alphanumeric and underscoror "_" only.
