Some of my clients are having trouble submitting the form. They say it takes them to a blank page. But some have no problem submitting the form. It all started when I input the option to make a payment. Not too sure whats wrong.

I checked your form http://www.jotform.com/form/20282229190 and I think the problem was indeed probably due to the added payment tool.
The description you have used on the payment tool is probably too long and was not able to translate properly into the payment gateway.
Please try shorten that description on the payment tool, and use a separate TEXT field if you need to add more details/description about the amount/payment. Please see screen below to understand what I meant.
Please try this modification. Inform us if issue persist even after doing this already.
