Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was unable to find a completely automated workaround, but instead did try a combination of the things in the ticket mentioned by my colleague. I used a different NPS-score Template to do the collection of data (The template I based this on is here.)And created another to calculate the final score. As per @Jans example.
You can find them here:
Data Collection (1) https://form.jotform.com/202596509091964 (I edited this version and deleted the different conditions and appearing text fields. I edited the form to include number fields for each "category": Detractors, Passives and Promoters- That way those numbers get transferred to their own column in the Sheets and you can use them to calculate in Excel. I worked with Conditional-Logic-for-Online-Forms
NPS calculation (2) https://form.jotform.com/202602493570047 In this form you can easily put in the percentage scores from the report. You need the sum of the percentages of 9 + 10 as promoters, and the sum of the percentages of 6 and under for the detractors. And the total submission number. Here I used the mentioned Form Calculation Widget.
Feel free to clone any you feel would help you.
I also forwarded the results of Form 1 to Form 2 but since only the current data is forwarded the result does not make much sense. (How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form) To forward the actual # of submissions I used a submission counter on Form 1. To view what happens if you pass these data on, fill out the form and on the "Thank you page" you will find a link that takes you to the next form.
