    Hello,

We are a damp, condensation, and mould solutions company and I am designing a Jotform to replace our current pen-and-paper survey notes system.

Currently all information about the property is enterred into this form manually. However we are curious baout whether it would be possible to pre-populate answers on the form (For example address details) based upon import from a CSV or another source?

The form linked herein is simply a draft proof on concept.

    With kind regards,

    Hello,

Pre-populating values is possible you can assign values to fields in advance. There are several ways to do this. You can use our Field Prepopulator app or you can follow this guide on how to apply this to your form http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters.

Here's a sample URL that populates value to your address field:

    http://www.jotformeu.com/form/41963943552361?address5=795 E DRAGRAM TUCSON AZ 85705 USA

If you have questions or problem applying this to your form just let us know and we'll help you implement this change to your form.
