I set up a product form to go to paypal. At the end of the tranaction it gives me a message that says pay pal can't take the payment. Why?

    The credit cards that have been used are both good so we know that is good.

    I cloned your form and made a test using a sandbox account with Mastercard,Visa and Discover, All three payments went through. What type of card are you using? 

    All three card types payment were successful.
