I work with a non-profit organization trying to find a user friendly online application system to host our student applications into the program. We used Google Forms in the past, but the spreadsheet to view form submissions made it extremely difficult to sort through multiple entries.
Can you please provide me a sample "output" of how we would view submitted applications? I like how people can upload files to their applications on your website - how are those uploads available to me (I'm less interested in the individual form submission emails than I am in what is accessible when I log into your platform). Finally, can I sort through the applications easily (aka, if I only want to see all the male applicants)?

There are actually many different ways to view submissions when using Jotform. The first of which being through our interface which allows you to sort your submissions based on field data:
From this interface, you can download your submissions to view in PDF, Excel, or CSV format. You can also create visual reports through our interface and only include the data you want, such as only male applicants:
You can also integrate your form with Google docs and have your data added to a Google spreadsheet in addition to these other methods:
There are very few limits to what is possible using our platform and usually if something isn't 100% what you need, we can find a way to make it happen.
Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help.
Thank you for using Jotform!
