We downgraded our subscription from Premium to FREE, but are still receiving invoices

    We downgraded our subscription from Premium to FREE on our "Maryland Remembers Account" on 2/20/14 and received an acknowledgement that on 3/19/14 it would take affect (see below). We are receiving monthly invoices still after several attempts to resolve this issue. We would like to keep the account, but make it a FREE account for now until next time this project comes around. Please let me know what needs to be done to make this transfer.

    You have canceled your subscription and your account is scheduled to downgrade on 3-19-2014. Your account will remain as Premium until the scheduled downgrade date.

    It looks like you have re-upgraded your account after my colleague downgraded it on February 2014. Summary below:

    November 11, 2013: First Payment Added for Premium Monthly Subscription. Order Reference Number: 75854392. Subscription ID: 27038698

    -This subscription was cancelled by my colleague JedCadorna on February 18, 2014 per your request.


    March 12, 2014: New Payment was added for Premium Monthly Subscription. Order Reference Number: 78582567. Subscription ID: 28034980

    -This subscription is the current active subscription for your account. 


    Anyway, I have cancelled the current active subscription. You will not be charge again. Your account is scheduled to downgrade to the Free Plan on August 12, 2014.
