I tried to create a new form and I was allowed to rename it, but not actually create any fields. When I click on Edit Form, an archived form comes up for editing. Also, I cloned my first form and edited it, renamed it, and it shows new submissions, but when I click on Submissions to view the form, the submissions from the archived form comes up or shows NO SUBMISSIONS.
I checked your account and could not replicate the same situation. I could access submissions, create a form and add fields. Have you tried accessing your account using other browsers?
I will forward this situation to our developers so they can analyse better this situation.
They will contact you when they have an update on this.
I was also unable to replicate this upon checking your account. As my colleague stated, a bug ticket has been opened to see if our developers can find the cause of this. Thank you for your patience.
As both my colleagues pointed out, we are unable to replicate the issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and logging in again?
I did notice one form is disabled, but that shouldn't affect your ability to edit it. It will only affect whether it's displayed publicly or not.
Please let us know if clearing the cache resolves the issue.
