I believe one of my clients changed their form link to be secured, and now the their forms are disabled.  I saw in another forum question that you are able to manually reset the forms just once?  Here is the link I found this at: http://www.jotform.com/answers/353607-why-my-forms-are-disabled.

Can you please do this for me?

For some reason it shows this was asked by Stancato2013, it should be for PortBuddy.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The account "PortBuddy" is over limit for SSL based submissions:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Our limit for these types of submissions is only 10 per month for free accounts.  If you have embedded form in a website starting with HTTPS:// this will also cause your form to use SSL based submissions.  If you embed link start with HTTPS:// then it is also using this type of submission.  I went ahead and reset your limits to give you some time to have a look at your setup as it does not appear you need secure submissions from your forms.   We can only do this once per account however.

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
