CatherineKolkoskiAsked on July 18, 2014 at 12:07 PMI can't send it as it populates after I log into my account. It was a
setting in Paypal that I choose. I had to answer a lot of questions about
what I could not find on the new view before Paypal rendered the old view
to me.
Still having probe's with the IPN. You HAVE to put one in. You can't NOT
use one and generating one is confusing, I must say. I even called my
hosting company and they're trying to get me to use Gravity Forms. I rather
use JotForm but if I can't get Paypal to cooperate without an IPN I'll have
to go with it.

Hi Catherine,
IPN stands for Instant Payment Notification and it's available for Business Type Accounts. Can you confirm if you upgraded your account to the Business type?
Also, the guide is created based on the account created in the Philippines. Surely, Paypal has a different settings for each country. Especially for features. One is available for you, and the other is not. But IPN setting is available in Selling Tools section and I'm sure there's no other section where you can find it from your PP account.
I would advise to contact Paypal rather than you host if you're still having troubles activating it to your account.
Thanks
