i had add the form that i want but i cant add another tab which your link cant search my page when i want to put in the code... any solution please?

Hi Daylirn,

Below is the direct link to the TabPress app which you can use to insert forms to you Facebook page.

TabPress Facebook App

Click on the "Add to My Page" link on the bottom left of the page then choose which page you want to have the app added (if you have a lot of FB pages) then click Add to Page.

Then, follow steps #10-12 in the How to Add Your Form to Facebook guide.
