I am not receiving an email after form submissions. My email is set to allow spam so I dont know how to fix this issue

Is your question concerning a JotForm generated form? I looked up your website but I can't find any forms created using our Form Builder. I also tried looking up an account using your e-mail address email@example.com but couldn't find any.
With that, I conclude that your query is out of our jurisdiction. Sorry but we can't provide support to a product which we do not offer.
