Not receiving form submissions anymore

    Hi my form has been working for months now and I added some some more fields into some of my categories and now I do not receive any of the submissions by email.

    I really need to get this fixed asap!

    Hi herpony,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

    I've tried replicating your issue on our end and everything seems to be fine except for the contents of your notification email. I suggest you create a new notification email to let it update its content automatically then delete the old one. In addition, I strongly recommend you to use instead of
