Hi my form has been working for months now and I added some some more fields into some of my categories and now I do not receive any of the submissions by email.
I really need to get this fixed asap!

I've tried replicating your issue on our end and everything seems to be fine except for the contents of your notification email. I suggest you create a new notification email to let it update its content automatically then delete the old one. In addition, I strongly recommend you to use www.jotform.com/form/123456789 instead of form.jotform.com/form/123456789.
