Did you receive the payment confirmation from Paypal? If not, then I'm sure that the submission was incomplete. Please check your form's incomplete payment section: http://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/.
We also recommend enabling IPN settings to your Paypal Account to complete the payment integration. Please check the following guides:
