I created a form and I set all of the notification settings to come to my email, yet I am not receiving a notification email when the form is filled out.
Thanks

Hi,
I checked your form and it appears the emails were indeed not going through. I setup your notification again as I could not find anything wrong with it and sent a test email. It seems they are now going through:
Please check your form again, let us know if the test emails did not go through or if you still do not receive your notifications and we will be happy to look into your issue further.
Thank you for using Jotform!

I just tried it from the page and it still is not working.
I got your two test emails but it isn't working when submitted from the page.
The emails are not in a junk folder or anything.

Hi,
Did you try the non-embedded version of your form? When I try a cloned version of your form, the emails come through without issue:
It appears that something is going wrong with the way your form is embedded, not the email notification itself. When I try to submit your form I get these errors.
I would recommend using iFrame embed method rather than the javascript one. This will greatly cutdown on any conflicts. With the amount of scripts and style sheets referenced on your page it is hard for me to narrow down where the conflict is happening.

If this still does not work, let us know and we will be happy to look into this further.
