Hello! My applications are currently being forwarded to her and I'm not sure why. She's no longer on this account and I can't find her anywhere. Can you let me know where to remove her?

Here's a guide on how to find out email recipients of the form.
And if you want to change your account email, just go to your profile page http://www.jotform.com/myaccount. So whenever you create new notifier on your form, your account email will be used as the default recipient email of the form.
