Error updating to SalesForce

    Hello,

     

    I have been trying to integrate my templates to Salesforce.

    I am trying to integrate the form called "(eng) Individual" but the information is not been send to Salesforce.

    I talked with a SalesForce rep and we saw that there is no register of submitions through the API

     

    I did a demo with other template called "(eng) MAM account" and the information passed ok to Salesforce, and also i am able to see the restry of the API in salesfore.

     

    So i think the problem may be just with that template not sending any API information "(eng) Individual"

     

    Can you check on this please.

    Hi,

    Please try clearing your forms cache:

    After that, remove the integration and attempt to reconnect it.

    As it appears your integrations is working correctly with a different form, something may have been entered incorrectly or there may be old setting from your form causing conflict.  Clearing the form cache and integrating again will rule both of these out as possibilities.  Let us know if this still does not work and we will be happy to assist you further.
