Is there a way to attach a number to each form that is emailed to me, if so how?

For instance, when you buy something you are emailed a confirmation number. I want where it says "Notifier 2" and "New submission: Contact Form with Blue Envelope" in the images I attached to have a number. But I want to have some kind of code or tool that gives a unique number to each form that is submitted. So say you submitted a form to me, again where it says "Notifier 2" and "New submission: Contact Form with Blue Envelope" it would now say "1". And then someone else sends me a form it will say "2" for them in my email. I don't want the person submitting the form to have to do anything I want it to be completely automatic. You can do so by adding a unique ID field to your form.  You can do so by following this guide:

Then include that field where ever you would like in the email submission.
