I tried to connect my box account to a clone of your form and was unable to. I had a user earlier with the same issue and have sent another request to have our development team look into this to see if there may be something outside of Jotform going on. Thank you for your patience and we hope to have a resolution for you soon.

Hi, we just fix something on our system that is related to this.
This can probably solve the problem you have.
Please try it again and let us know if you still can't receive any single submission files to your box account.
