Cannot embed form in Wordpress.com

using wordpress.com, I tried using all codes but its till not working.

Unfortunately, you cannot embed the form in Wordpress.com because you will need to have access to the admin panel to use the WP editor to embed the form.

Since Wordpress.com is Free only, they do not provide access to admin panel to edit the web pages. You need a Wordpress.Org account to have admin panel.
