We have used your form for a few weeks now and it got to a point we had to get one of the packages which we did but its still down and when I go in to view it it says we have gone beyond our quota. Is what we have not enough for us?
How can I get this bqck on track?

Your account username natserkin got no forms at all, however, I can see there are 2 forms shared with this it from another username btacreates
To resolve the problem we can link the subscription INT140710-1319-43525 to btacreates rather than natserkin.
Please let us know if you agree with this, so we can proceed.
