Billing Issues

    I am sorry but I am very close to giving jotform a negative rating on CNET and other review sites because I am getting no response about my concerns about being double and triple billed for one account. 

    Could you please resolve this issue so that I can be reimbursed for paying double and three times what I should have paid for an account. 

    If there was a customer service line I could call to talk to you then I wouldn't post on this forum.  However, I am getting very concerned because there seems to be no way to talk to a person and have my issues resolved.

    Please contact me so this can be resolved.

    I would really appreciate it.
