For some reason I can not open my account! What do I need to do?

    Hi,

    You account shows as being over limit.  It appears you have setup secure submissions for one of your forms and we only allow 10 such submissions for our free level accounts.  Here is a discussion on to not use these types of submission.  Payments also count towards these types of submissions.  They are only really needed for taking in very sensitive data:

    I went ahead and reset you limits so you can change to normal submissions.  Keep in mind we can only do this once per account.
