    Submit not working

Asked by Shirehorseforms on July 22, 2014 at 02:41 PM

The Submit button worked at the beginning of July.  Now it is stuck on Please Submit, or nothing at all happens when you click the button.  It is not working for anyone who has tried it.

I have tried to embed form using the WordPress platform and the iframe platform.  With the iframe platform, the Submit button was missing entirely.  I have cleared the caches.  I have tried to use a different brower.  I did receive the test emails.

    Here is our website:  http://shirehorse.org/membership-application/

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Your form does indeed appear not to work within your website.  I tried the secure form by itself however and the submission went through without error.  I would recommend embedding your form to your page again but using the iFrame method this time, rather than the javascript method.  This will greatly cut down on any script conflicts that may be causing your form not to submit.

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar

    2. Click on "Embed Form"

3.Select the "Secure Form" check box. Then select the iFrame method.

Your form should then work properly.  If it still does not, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
