Looking for an automated way to allow clients to answer a few simple questions prior to each session....the answers would ultimately go into a separate document or online journal made for the client's viewing. Each time they do an entry, the info goes into the same nice journal or table that is uniquely their own. (Not a spreadsheet, something semi-pretty). They can access this because a link is generated. Is there an app already out there that does this? I know how to do google spreadsheet form to googlespreadsheet and I found a zap to turn the entry into a document but it's a separate doc each time and not very pretty. I use dropbox and can also either use wordpress or weebly for my two sites.
I just found your service and I'm curious if any of your forms do this? If they do and sync with dropbox, that's great because I create a separate folder for clients anyway, so if it can dump the info into a doc in their folder, that would be useful. Thanks in advance. Hope you can help me create something easy and cool
