Hi,
My site is http://perfecthealthconsultingservices.com .And mail kristen@perfecthealthconsultingservices.com .I want to verify it.
For this I went to "setup & embed" then "Emails Alert" then "notification " then "Reply-to and recipient details"
In the option"sender email" I gave kristen@perfecthealthconsultingservices.com this id and click radio button "verify address" but I am not getting code ..
But for another mail gmail/yahoo/hotmail I am getting this code .
So what is the problem using this.My buyer prefer all business e-mails go to kristen@perfecthealthconsultingservices.com.
For this I have fallen in a fix.
One more question
I am using secure form https://secure.jotform.me/form/41748084210450 and using IFrame in my wordpress site .I have used a SSL seal in my form. After going here https://secure.jotform.me/form/41748084210450 you will find it .But when I have uploaded it in my wordpress site I am not getting it. What is the problem.

I think you must whitelist our domains/IP address on hosting admin for domain @perfecthealthconsultingservices.com
Most likely they are being rejected or sent to spam folder, here it is the proof that the messages were sent to your address.

Jeanette, I'm having a very similar (same?) issue. I went to the form, followed the "verified address" process (I believe correctly), but the verification code has not yet shown up. https://form.jotform.com/62445500281953 is the form I'm working with ... Thanks, Mark
(P.S. I checked and we have *@jotform.com whitelisted.)
