My submit button is not working

    Once you click on the submit button, the text on the button will change to "Please wait..." but my users are stuck there. Hope you can help. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about the form not working. I just cloned it into my account, and was able to submit it just fine. Further, I tested it on your form and was also able to submit it (it won't count against your submissions...):

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Sometimes it can cause forms to freeze up.

    Please let us know if that resolves the issue, or if we should investigate further. We can't immediately reproduce the issue from here.

    Hi, 

    Thank you very much for your response. I've tested the form again. It seems that the cache problem is only happening with Google Chrome. Ok then. Thanks very much for your help!

    You are welcome and it's our pleasure to help you resolved the problem. We also advise to re-embed the form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code just in case the issue will happen again.
