I am doing a form for multiple apartments in one building.  I need to owner to fill in all the tenants information.  If I use a condition to that asks if there are additional apartments, and have it jump to a new form, does anyone think this might work?

What you can do is use a "Custom thank you page URL" to redirect tenants from Form A to Form B. It is also possible to prepopulate field so that tenant will see prepopulated value in From B. To know more about prepopulating values to your form you can view this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters.

If you have your form ready you may share it to us and we'll help you apply this change to your form.
