    Not receiving email notifications and submissions not showing in MyForms

    None of the submissions are getting through my e-mail or showing in "My Forms." I conducted a test through www.marble.com and nothing came through. Help!

    I made test submissions, using the standalone version and the website version. I could access them in the submissions area:

    The number in the MyForms area also was correct:

    I checked our mail log and there were no records of emails being sent to the email address.I created a test form and made a test submission to your email address. Your email is not in our bounce list.

    I received a copy of the submission but our mail log doesn't show an email sent to you. Can you please confirm that the email address is working?

    I forwarded this situation to our developers so they can take a deeper look into this. Meanwhile if it is possible I advise you to add another email address to the email notification.

    Previously I made 4 test submissions, one in the standalone version, other in the website version and 2 in a test form. Can you please confirm me if you received them?

    I also made an additional test submission with the text "final test submission". Did you also receive this one?

    Maybe the email notification situation is solved.
