Other users within my approval workflow are not seeing the separate comment option. We are using those comments to track internal management communication. Is there a reason they can't see it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having issues with your Inbox. Can you please share the Form URL and the user (email) for which you are not getting the comment option visible in the Inbox so that we can check and investigate it further?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thank you for sending the customized URL link to your form. Can you please send us the direct link to the form so we can make sure we have the correct form?
Also, may we ask if the users are able to access the inbox? Please send us a screenshot of the options they see and a screenshot of the Approval flow you have and show us specifically who is not seeing the "comment" option on the inbox so we can check.
