This account had several forms that showed up on the homepage. After changing the account password, and nothing else, none of them appear anymore. Recent updates to these forms show up under History, but the forms do not show up under "My Forms" or any of the form folders.

I am able to see 7 forms that are available with this account. The issue seems to be with browser or form caching. This issue can be resolved by clearing the cache as provided in the document below :
Also, please try clearing the browser cache by following instructions provided in http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
