JotForm not working, missing info and pages

    I am receiving apps that are totally missing info and pages.  Last night I could not get on to view submissions. Finally got on.

    Now since that happened every app is missing info and pages.   



    Also the notifications I am getting has another notification attached to it.

    I checked your account and submissions and everything appears to be working correctly.  I also checked your forms' notification and there does not appear to be a duplicate.  Could you let us know a bit more about which submissions are missing information?  I cleared your forms cache but you should also try clearing you web browsers cache and logging in again.  If you are still experiencing these issues please let us know a bit more detail and we will be happy to look into it further.
