JotForm Login/Authorize does not Work if you are not already logged in

    Also, is there a way you can give me a chart on my form usage per month for the last year? I'm wondering how close we are to maxing out and if the 10,000 per month is the way to go, or if we think we can get by with the 1000 per month that we are currently on?

    It's possible to keep track of your Monthly Usage. Alternatively, we also have various statistical methods such as our SubMaster App or Submission History Chart to help you track it better.

    Yes. They are free to use. All you need to authorize your JotForm account and then pick your required form to see the usage statistics. Could you try using the following URL to check the app?

    Nope, cant get that open in chrome or explorer. Can you send me another way?
    Or just add it for me?

    That last one, where I can enter a date range, I let run for 3 hours and it
    never finished. I wanted from Jan 1 to today, to see how many forms per
    month we use.
