get into my account now.
I sent an email yesterday about this problem and have not received a response yet. Email sent to email@example.com.
I called jotform and was told the problem I was getting was because the email on my PayPal account and JotForm accounts was different and I needed to change the JotForm one to match the PayPal one. So I changed my email in jotform. Now I am not able to log in to jotform.

I see an account registered with the email firstname.lastname@example.org. As per the screenshot provided by you, I see that you are trying to registering again with the email and hence you are seeing this message. To resolve this issue, I request you to access your account by logging in normally. If you are unable to login, please reset the password by clicking on Forgot Password.
Please enter your user name (cjohansen) or email address and click on Send Reset Instructions. This would send you the password reset instructions to your email address.
