    We're not getting password requests through lost password ppor email

    The email address you have associated with your account is not a proper one.  Our record show that the address is "".  Is this the correct email address or do you have another that we could set your account to?  Our system is attempting to send the reset email, it is just not going through properly.  Let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.
