I called PayPal and they say that the form and my account look fine from their side. I don't know if you can help or not but I do not know what to do now...
The error says something about the email address being a problem. I had this problem yesterday and was told to change my email address so it matched what paypal has. I did that and still am having a problem.

When I test a cloned version of your form it appears everything goes through correctly:
When I checked your Paypal setup however, your email address was not in the field that requires it:
Change this field to your Paypal email address and you should be all set.

Finally - and THANK YOU.
Another question, Does the client need to set up an account with paypal in order to pay by credit card? There are only two options - 1) pay with my paypal account or 2) create a paypal account.
I thought that in the screens I have seen there was another option just to pay with credit card - no paypal account needed.
????That last one is the one I want - pay by credit card and no account needed
Any way to do that?
