My account has gone weird and I can't access my forms.
I have a guest account with forms, but no access, and a user account with usage data but but no forms! I recently downgraded from premium.

My guess is that you were not logged-in. If you do not see your forms and you see yourself as a "guest", then scroll down to the bottom and then log into your account using the login form.

Seems to be ok at home now.
When I initially logged in it showed me as a "Guest Account" with all my forms but no ability to edit.
I entered my login details again and then I was in my account, according to Stats, but my forms weren't present. Very weird. And then endless loop log out/in. I use Mozilla.
Anyway all seems good again, thanks for the prompt reply as usual.

It looks like we had a problem on our load balancer but it is fixed now. You are supposed to stay on the same server but it was sending you to a different server on every page view. It shouldn't happen again.
