    I am not receiving all the jotform submission emails.

    Hi. For some reason when my forms are getting filled out by customers I am onl receiving some of the email submissions but not all.

    The spreadsheet I have has all the info but I am missing some emails. It's imperative that I get these emails in my inbox as that is the way I keep track of new submissions.

    Probably your email provider is rejecting the emails, please contact your email provider, and investigate with them if they are following the DMARC policy, where emails that claim to come from their domains, but actually originate at 3rd party service such as mandrill, are rejected.

    If that case, you might need to use noreply@formresponse.com to solve the problem.

    I am having a difficult time figuring out how to contact Google.

     

    They have a forum but it's all very technical and I'm not really able to figure it out from there.

     

    As far as noreply@jotform we had the issue that it did not allow us to hit reply to the email and have it respond directly to the client.

     

    Please help.

    Have you checked your spam folder?  Also, you could check your logs on mandrill account to confirm if it an email is sent or not:
