I have a website that has jot forms from a past web developer, can those forms be exported from his acct to mine when I sign up? His acct is with you.
I also want to know ( I am new to this so bear with me) can you break down what is meant by:
1.) Monthly Submissions, SSL Secure Submissions, Receive Payments....Is this how many time someone uses this form on my site?
2.) Available Space.... Is this how much space I have for forms?
3.) Sub-user Accounts.... What is this?
Is there a technical support number I can call if I have questions?
Thank you in advance, I look forward to signing up as soon as my questions can be answered.

Unfortunately we don't have phone support, but our forum is quite active, and you can also use online chat and our email email@example.com to send us your inquiries.
The best way to move the forms is the owner (in this case the past web developer) requesting this from us.
Other way is if you can prove ownership of the forms (like showing us a working form in your website and sending us an email from the main email address showing on the contact page at the website) we can move the forms for you.
I kindly ask you to share with us the form's or website url so we can locate the form and the account.
We'll wait for more details to proceed.
As you had different questions they were moved into a new thread so they can be properly addressed.
Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
