Hide empty fields

I also want to ensure that only fields that are filled out are VISIBLE when the form is submitted. Can you please help?

In order to make sure your empty fields are hidden, go to MY FORMS, select the form, and click on Submissions:

Then click on the gear icon and check the "Auto Hide Empty Fields" option:
