I am creating a form for our customers to let us know if they would like paperless billing via fax or email. I believe the standard package would be fine, I don't think we will get more than 100 submissions a month but I don't know what the 100 mb is for?

The 100mb is referring to the space allocated for file uploads. I checked your form and it doesn't utilize any, so you won't have any issues. Our system will give you a warning when you begin to approach the limits.
