Ive been doing some adjustments to my site and my jotform has gone. the code is in place but the form wont appear, does anyone know why this might be?

I checked your site and see that it uses a secure connection https. When the page loads it gets this error, since you used the insecure version of the JotForm embed code:
This is easy to fix. Just log into JotForm, and select the secure version of the embed code and refresh the page.
Note that secure submissions are limited to 10/month for free accounts, as opposed to 100/mo for non secure submissions.
