Images in image wizard are too small

Asked by craigcraig747 on July 23, 2014 at 06:34 PM

Firstly, is there anyway to view my stored images without selecting image on a form and selecting use stored images.

Secondly, is there anyway to increase the view panel of the stored images in the image wizard, at the moment i have to place my face to the screen to view them as they are so small its hard to decide which one to delete.

I have deleted the wrong ones because of this.

    Thanks

    Hello Craig,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for the difficulty with the images. In answer to your questions.

    1) We don't have another interface for viewing the available images. In order to view them the user must already have the image element on the page, and can then view them through the wizard. We find this satisfies the needs of most users, but if we begin to hear otherwise then we may consider adding new functionality

    2) the image thumbnails are definitely small. I'm submitting this to our developers so they can take a look and potentially made them larger, or find a solution that will work. This thread will be updated if/when that is implemented.

As a workaround, you can right click on the thumnail, and select copy image link. Then past that into a new browser window to view the full sized version.

Let us know if you have further questions with anything.

    Kind Regards
