Help with PayPal Pro

I can not get the Paypal to work in the widget for jotform.com. When the customer clicks the "buy now  button" for Paypal it does not forward the visitor to authorization/authentication page for visitor to put in the Paypal information for payment.

I checked the form and it's missing a submit button. Please add that and it should forward the user to complete the payment. I tested it and it seemed to work.

I don't see a buy now button on the form, so perhaps it used to exist and has since been removed.

Another thing I noticed, one of the shirt sizes doesn't have a shipping fee associated with it. You may have intended to have added it in.
