We are still having problems with not being able to print our forms off. We have check our printer connections, even switched from one to the other and still it tells us the print preview failed and we arent able to print them off.

Thank you reporting this situation. I tested and had the same results:
I searched our forum and a colleague found some common difficulties with the printing feature in Chrome. It seems this must be more browser related than something on our end.

This indeed seems to be a bug that's inherent to the Chrome browser. Unfortunately, there's nothing much we can do here. We can just hope that this will be patched by Google on the next Chrome iteration.
Upon investigating further though, I found out that the print preview works on the second attempt.
Can you please try this on your end?
