Setup email trigger for a specific value

Is it possible to trigger an email alert if a value is 2 or less in certain fields?

This is completely possible using conditionally sent email notifications.

Just set is up like this:

Just select whichever notification you would like sent where it says "please select" and add a third rule for if it equals "2".
